Return Policy

Please understand that we are a small business! We thrive on bringing you  new arrivals. Due to the inventory life of our products, we would love for you to read our return policy below! 

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and not purchased on sale (this includes discount codes) we will refund the full order amount. 

Always Annalee is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking information shows us that the package has been delivered. Please contact your local USPS for help on recovery of packages reported delivered via your tracking email.

How do I return?

  • Visit our returns center here
  • Enter your order number and email address to start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

What items are returnable? 

  • Within 14 days from date of delivery
  • In unused, unworn, unwashed and re-sellable condition
  • In the original packaging with all the tags intact

What items are non-refundable? 

 The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Items purchased on sale
  • Bodysuits

The item I received is damaged!

Can the items be exchanged?

We cannot offer exchanges, but you can submit a return and re-purchase the item if available.

How do I ship back the items?

Once your refund request has been approved, you will be emailed a return label and can send your order back in its original packaging. You must mail your return within 3 days of receiving your return label. If you do not, you risk forfeiting your return. 

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 1 working day after approval.
